Jammie D. Whitfield
President/General Manager

Jammie brings over 20 years of construction management and manufacturing experience to the organization having served as an engineer and manager on a variety of multi-million dollar high profile projects.


He is directly involved in all oversight and general management of the corporation, including all client contracts negotiations, client relations, sales and business development activites, personnel management personnel, and international business affairs.


As the founder and primary owner, he has facilitated the growth and development of the organization since 2003. He is the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer of the corporation.


Jammie holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management as well as an Executive Masters of Business Administration in International Business; he also has additional specialized business training in Construction Contracts Law and Administration, Project Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling, and Business Informations Systems Management.

Ron brings over 30 years of specialized Architectural Millwork manufacturing and project management experience to the organization having served as cabinetmaker, supervisor, manager, and executive for a variety of high profile, multi-million dollar projects.


He has served in key positions relating for the production roll-out for architectural millwork components of several nationwide retail corporations.


He is directly involved in all millwork estimating, production, engineering and project management functions of the corporation; including oversight of all budgeting, scheduling, and project execution.


Ron holds an Associates in Architectural Woodworking & Design, and has additional formal business & technical training in woodwork related estimating, accounting, purchasing, and manufacturing.


Bruce brings over 30 years of general construction and construction management to the organization having served as a executive, manager, and estimator on a variety of multi-million dollar high profile construction projects.


He is directly involved in all oversight and construction operations of the corporation, including proposal/bid preparations, all client contracts negotiations, client relations, sales and business development activites, and project management activities.


Bruce hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering; he also has additional specialized business training in Construction Contracts Law and Administration, Project Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling, Government Contracting and Procurement.
